How do I care for the Wugo Pillow?
The Wugo Pillow is professional dry clean ONLY.
Do you have a size guide for the slippers?

Do you ship to Europe?
We cannot offer flat-rate international shipping at this time. If you need an order shipped internationally please email Info@ifsthetic.com and we can provide a custom shipping rate based on your order.
When will I get my pre-order?
All pre-order delivery dates are indicated on the product page. If anything changes you will receive an email with an update.
We are unable to offer refunds. Please notify us as soon as possible if you have any issues with your items. Any unused, undamaged items will be happily accepted for an exchange within 7 business days of delivery. Pre-orders are Final Sale and not eligible for refund or return. In order to be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must not be worn, altered, or damaged and must have all original packaging.
